Most of our tour is in sharing basis. Exclusive Car is available at extra charge.

In safari tour, guest can skip the dune drive and head direct to the waiting area upon request.

Before your safari begins while the safari tour guide adjusts the tire pressure for a perfect desert safari you can take a break max 20 to 25 min break.

Please wear any comfortable clothes, sports shoes.

It is recommended not to eat 2-3 hours before the safari trip to avoid any vomiting/ sickness during the dune bashing.

By UAE law, Pregnant ladies, people with heart & back problems, and infants (under 3 years old) are not allowed in shared dune bashing activity by car.

Heritage Village Tourism LLC will not be responsible for any damage or loss of customer belongings during safari and in the camp or in the tour.

The supplier reserves the right to cancel any part of the scheduled program for reasons of government decisions, public holidays, and weather conditions or similar.

Cancellation Policy is 24-hour prior to the event otherwise, full amount is due.

Tour is in SIC basis (Sharing in Coach. Driver will only wait for 5 to 10 min to avoid delay on the next pick up.)

During Holy Ramadan there will be no entertainment in the dinner cruise and desert safaris.
